Fresh materials are clean and dry — the perfect surface to seal. Apply protection now and the first rain shower, coffee splash or scuff simply wipes away instead of soaking in and setting.
The 5-minute routine
- Wipe down the uppers to remove any factory dust.
- Apply a light, even coat of protection spray from about 6 inches away — thin and even beats heavy.
- Let it cure for a few hours (or overnight) before wearing.
- Test on a hidden spot first if the material is delicate suede.
Then keep it up
